SiC Diode Models

By accepting a SPICE Model ("Model") from Wolfspeed, you on behalf of your organization (or you personally, if you are requesting the model for personal use) agree to the following conditions of its use.

The Model, or any portion of the Model, is for your own use and may not be distributed outside your organization (or to any other person or company, if you are acquiring the Model for personal use);
You may use the Model only for the purpose of evaluating the performance of Wolfspeed products in proposed circuits;
The Model is provided “AS IS”, and Wolfspeed disclaims any warranty either express or implied in connection with the Model, including but not limited to any warranty
In no event will Wolfspeed be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Model, regardless of the legal theory or any prior knowledge of Wolfspeed; and
Wolfspeed retains all copyrights and other intellectual property rights in the Model.
